Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the OjasYukti website at ojasyukti.tech and to OjasYukti-operated software services unless a product-specific agreement states otherwise. By using an OjasYukti service, you agree to the terms that apply to that service.

Website Information

Content on the public Website is provided for general information about OjasYukti and its products. It does not constitute professional, financial or legal advice and may be updated as products evolve.

Connected Accounts

OjasYukti services may allow you to connect third-party services, including Meta and Instagram. You may connect only accounts and business assets that you own, administer or are otherwise authorized to manage.

By authorizing a connection through the third-party platform, you authorize OjasYukti to use the permissions you grant only to provide the OjasYukti functionality you select or configure.

Social Publishing

When you configure, approve or otherwise request a post for publication, you authorize OjasYukti to transmit that content to the connected account according to your settings. You remain responsible for the content you choose to publish and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

Automated Publishing

If you enable automatic publishing, eligible content may be published without a separate approval request for each post, according to the schedule and rules you configure. You are responsible for reviewing your automation settings and disabling automatic publishing when you no longer want it to operate.

Third-Party Platforms

Connected-account functionality depends on third-party platforms such as Meta. Availability may depend on account eligibility, permissions, API availability and platform policies. OjasYukti cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will make a particular feature, permission or API continuously available.

Disconnecting a Service

You may stop using a connected third-party service by using an OjasYukti disconnect option where available or by revoking OjasYukti's permissions through the third-party provider. Revoking authorization may cause functionality that depends on the connected account to stop working.

Privacy and Data

Acceptable Use

You must use OjasYukti lawfully and must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, misuse connected-account permissions, publish content through an account you are not authorized to manage, or use the service to violate third-party rights or platform policies.

Intellectual Property

The OjasYukti name, website design and OjasYukti-created software and materials belong to OjasYukti unless stated otherwise. Customers retain responsibility for and rights they already hold in the content, brand materials and data they provide to the service.

Product-Specific Terms

Products built by OjasYukti, including NagarExplore, may have separate product-specific terms and policies. Where product-specific terms conflict with these general terms for that product, the product-specific terms govern.

No Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, OjasYukti websites and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or uninterrupted availability of third-party integrations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OjasYukti will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The "Last updated" date on this page shows when the current version took effect.
